The invention discloses an expressway service area vehicle parking duration estimation method based on a kinematics principle. Based on the kinematics principle, a vehicle parking duration estimation problem is converted into a vehicle actual driving duration estimation problem. The experience of vehicles residing in the service area is divided into five processes including an upstream stable driving stage, a service area entrance ramp slow deceleration stage, a service area staying and finishing stage, a service area exit ramp acceleration driving-out stage and a downstream stable driving stage, and the driving duration except the service area staying and finishing stage is calculated. And finally, obtaining the residence duration of the service area. Compared with a traditional average speed method and a common machine learning model, the method is higher in calculation precision; in the aspect of root mean square error (RMSE), the robustness of the method is higher.
本发明公开基于运动学原理的高速公路服务区车辆驻留时长估算方法,基于运动学原理将车辆驻留时长估计问题转化为了车辆实际行驶时长估计问题。将服务区驻留车辆的经历划分为上游平稳行驶阶段、服务区入口匝道缓慢减速阶段、服务区停留休整阶段、服务区出口匝道加速驶出阶段、下游平稳行驶阶段等5个过程,并分别对除了服务区停留休整阶段的行驶时长进行计算。最后得到服务区的驻留时长。本发明相较于传统的平均速度法以及常用的机器学习模型,本发明的计算精度更高;在均方根误差RMSE上,本发明的鲁棒性更强。
