The invention is suitable for the technical field of unmanned operation, and particularly relates to an on-road intelligent parking unmanned operation management method and system, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the position information of on-road parking spaces, and obtaining a parking space distribution diagram in an operation region; monitoring the use state and vehicle parking data of the on-road parking space in real time, and synchronizing the use state and the vehicle parking data to a pre-established application program; the use frequency of the on-road parking spaces is determined, parking space grades are dynamically divided, and the parking space grades comprise common parking spaces and busy parking spaces; in the common parking space level, constructing a use frequency high ladder table, and determining a multi-step rate table corresponding to each step according to the use frequency corresponding to each step in the use frequency high ladder table; and based on the multi-step rate table and the vehicle parking data, calculating the use amount of the user. According to the invention, different charging standards are executed in the on-road parking spaces in different areas, the parking behavior of a driver is guided, and the problem of difficult parking in part of road sections is solved.

    本发明适用于无人化运营技术领域,尤其涉及路内智慧停车无人化运营管理方法及系统,所述方法包括:采集路内车位的位置信息,获取运营区域内的车位分布图;实时监测路内车位的使用状态和车辆停放数据,并将所述使用状态和车辆停放数据同步至预先建立的应用程序中;确定所述路内车位的使用频率,动态划分车位等级,所述车位等级包括普通和繁忙;在普通车位等级中,构建使用频率天梯表,根据使用频率天梯表中每个阶梯对应的使用频率确定每个阶梯对应的多阶梯费率表;基于所述多阶梯费率表和所述车辆停放数据,计算用户使用金额。本发明通过在不同区域的路内车位执行不同的收费标准,对驾驶员的停车行为进行引导,解决了部分路段的停车难问题。
