The invention discloses an action control gas circuit of a cylinder. The action control gas circuit of the cylinder comprises a gas source; the gas source is connected with one end of the main pipeline; the other end of the main pipeline is connected with one end of the first control pipeline, one end of the second control pipeline and one-way valve inlet ends. A first electromagnetic pilot valve and a second electromagnetic pilot valve are respectively arranged on a left end cover and a right end cover of the reversing valve; the other ends of the first control pipeline and the second control pipeline are respectively connected with a first air inlet of the left end cover and a second air inlet of the right end cover; the one-way valve outlet end is connected with the reversing valve body air inlet; a first working port of the reversing valve body is communicated with a rear cylinder seat vent through a rear cylinder seat pipeline; and a second working port of the reversing valve body is communicated with the front cylinder seat ventilation port through a front cylinder seat pipeline. As a control gas circuit of the cylinder on the electro-pneumatic switch machine, the pressure of the cylinder can be maintained when a gas source is lost, so that a piston rod of the cylinder can still safely lock a switch rail on a railway turnout, and the running safety of a train is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种气缸的动作控制气路,所述气缸的动作控制气路包括气源;气源与主管路一端相连;主管路另一端分别与第一控制管路、第二控制管路一端和单向阀进口端相连;换向阀的左端盖和右端盖分别设置第一电磁先导阀和第二电磁先导阀;第一控制管路和第二控制管路另一端分别与左端盖的第一进气口和右端盖的第二进气口相连;单向阀出口端连接换向阀阀体进气口;换向阀阀体的第一工作口通过后气缸座管路与后气缸座通气口相通;换向阀阀体的第二工作口通过前气缸座管路与前气缸座通气口相通。本发明作为电空转辙机上气缸的控制气路,能在失去气源时对气缸进行保压,使气缸活塞杆仍然能安全锁住铁路道岔上的尖轨,保障列车行车安全。
