The invention provides a monitoring control system and method for a piston engine cooling device for an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the system comprises a temperature collection module which is used for collecting the cylinder head temperature and the exhaust temperature of each cylinder body, and transmitting the temperatures to a main control module; the throttle valve opening acquisition module is used for acquiring the throttle valve opening of each cylinder body and sending the throttle valve opening to the main control module; the main control module is used for receiving the exhaust temperature input by the temperature acquisition module and the throttle opening input by the throttle opening acquisition module, and sending an adjustment instruction to the steering engine execution module based on a throttle opening-power function and an exhaust temperature-power function; and the steering engine execution module is used for receiving the adjusting instruction sent by the main control module and conducting deflection operation on a flow dividing adjusting plate and/or an adjustable outer wall of the cooling device in the unmanned aerial vehicle according to the adjusting instruction so as to adjust the ventilation area of the cooling device in the unmanned aerial vehicle, the working reliability of a piston engine in the unmanned aerial vehicle can be improved, and the service life of the piston engine in the unmanned aerial vehicle can be prolonged.

    本发明提出了一种无人机用活塞发动机冷却装置的监测控制系统及方法,上述系统包括:温度采集模块,用于采集各缸体的缸头温度和排气温度,并将发送至主控模块;节气门开度采集模块,用于采集各缸体的节气门开度,并发送至主控模块;主控模块,用于分别接收温度采集模块输入的排气温度和节气门开度采集模块输入的节气门开度,并基于节气门开度‑功率函数和排气温度‑功率函数向舵机执行模块发送调整指令;舵机执行模块,用于接收主控模块发送的调整指令,并根据调整指令对无人机中冷却装置的分流调节板和/或可调外壁进行偏转操作,以调节无人机中冷却装置的通风面积,本发明有助于提升无人机中活塞发动机的工作可靠性和使用寿命。
