The invention discloses a swing pulley device for a crane, the crane and a hoisting method, and relates to the technical field of engineering machinery. The swinging pulley device comprises a base, a pulley seat rod and a pulley; the base is fixedly mounted on an arm frame of the crane, and the pulley seat rod is rotatably mounted on the base; the pulley is rotatably mounted on the pulley seat rod; the pulley seat rod is provided with a through hole, and a tightened steel wire rope can penetrate through the through hole of the pulley seat rod and is clamped in a rope groove in the periphery of the pulley. The steel wire rope and a rotating shaft of the pulley seat rod are in the same direction. When the hoisting posture enables the steel wire rope to have a certain outward swinging angle, the pulley seat rod can rotate along with tightening of the steel wire rope. The rotating pulley seat rod can enable the steel wire rope to be always clamped in the center of a rope groove in the periphery of the pulley. Therefore, the risk that the steel wire rope falls off is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种用于起重机的摆动滑轮装置、起重机与吊装方法,涉及及工程机械技术领域。摆动滑轮装置包括:底座、滑轮座杆和滑轮;底座固定安装在起重机的臂架上,滑轮座杆可转动地安装于底座上;滑轮可转动地安装于所述滑轮座杆上;滑轮座杆有通孔,绷紧的钢丝绳能够穿过滑轮座杆的通孔,卡在滑轮外周的绳槽中;钢丝绳与所述滑轮座杆的旋转轴同向。当吊装姿势使钢丝绳具有一定的外摆角度时,滑轮座杆能够随着钢丝绳的绷紧而转动。转动的滑轮座杆能够使钢丝绳一直卡在滑轮外周的绳槽中央。不会在绳槽中偏斜向钢丝绳斜拉的一侧,避免钢丝绳脱出的风险。
