The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting engineering, in particular to a bridge prefabricated panel hoisting method which comprises the following steps: in the prefabrication process of a bridge panel, reserving a hoisting hole in the bridge panel; a lifting appliance is arranged above the bridge deck slab, the lifting appliance is connected with lifting equipment, a rotatable rotating block is arranged at the bottom of the lifting appliance, the lifting appliance penetrates through the lifting hole under the condition that the rotating block is in a vertical state, and the rotating block is lowered to the lower surface of the bridge deck slab through the lifting hole; the lifting appliance is operated above the bridge deck slab, so that the rotating block rotates from a vertical state to a state of being in contact and fit with the lower surface of the bridge deck slab, and the rotating block is clamped on the lower surface of the bridge deck slab in a horizontal state or an approximately horizontal state; and the hoisting equipment is started, and the bridge deck is hoisted by the hoisting equipment through the hoisting tool. The lifting appliance has the advantages that the lifting appliance is convenient to mount and dismount in the lifting process, the operation efficiency is improved, the lifting appliance can adapt to lifting of various bridge decks with non-horizontal bottoms due to the design of the rotating blocks, the application range is wide, and the bearing capacity is high.

    本发明涉及吊装工程技术领域,尤其是一种桥梁预制面板吊装方法,在桥面板的预制过程中,在桥面板上预留吊装孔;在桥面板的上方设置吊具,将吊具与吊装设备进行连接,吊具的底部设置有可旋转的转块,使吊具在转块呈竖直状态的情况下穿过吊装孔,并使转块经吊装孔下放至桥面板的下表面;在桥面板上方操作吊具,使转块自竖直状态旋转至与桥面板的下表面相接触贴合的状态,的转块以水平状态或接近水平状态卡接在桥面板的下表面;启动吊装设备,吊装设备通过吊具起吊桥面板。本发明的优点是:1)便于吊装过程中吊具的安装与拆卸,提升作业效率;2)转块的设计使吊具能适应各类底部非水平面的桥面板吊装,使用范围广泛且承重能力强。
