The invention relates to a sacrificial layer for an aircraft and a paving method, the sacrificial layer is paved on a to-be-paved body of the aircraft, and the to-be-paved body comprises a wing, an empennage and a spar, a skin and a rib in a central wing section of the aircraft; the sacrificial layer comprises a plurality of layers of one-way belts and/or fabrics, the paving coordinate system of each layer of one-way belt and/or fabric is consistent with the paving coordinate system of the body to be paved, and the one-way belts and/or fabrics are paved in the paving coordinate system according to the designed paving angle when being paved. The sacrificial layer is paved at a specific angle, so that the deformation of the composite material structure body is small and controllable; besides, the material of the sacrificial layer is selected according to the material of the body to be paved, so that all surfaces or molded surfaces are not deformed during paving processing, the actual position is consistent with the theoretical position, and the deviation is within an allowable range.
本发明涉及一种用于飞机的牺牲层及铺贴方法,所述牺牲层铺设于所述飞机的待铺贴本体上,所述待铺贴本体为飞机的机翼、尾翼及中央翼部段中的翼梁、蒙皮和翼肋;所述牺牲层包括单向带和/或织物,所述单向带和/或织物为多层,且每层单向带和/或织物铺贴坐标系与待铺贴本体的铺贴坐标系一致,所述单向带和/或织物铺贴时按照所设计铺贴角度在铺贴坐标系中进行铺贴。本发明的牺牲层以特定角度进行铺贴,从而使复合材料结构本体变形小且可控;另外,牺牲层的材料根据待铺贴本体的材料进行选择,保证在铺贴加工时所有的表面或型面不变形,且实际位置与理论位置相符合,偏差在允许范围内。
