The fin stabilizer designed by the invention can effectively control the incoming flow at the front edge of the fin stabilizer, inhibit the cavitation phenomenon at the front edge of the upper fin surface and reduce the noise of the fin surface; the adhesive force of water flow on the tail edge of the fin stabilizer is enhanced, the formation of falling vortexes is inhibited, and the flow loss is reduced; meanwhile, the tip vortex is reduced, the resistance is reduced, the stability and the safety of the fin stabilizer are comprehensively improved, and the service life is prolonged.
