The invention discloses an offshore wind power energy storage ship and an offshore wind power transportation method. The offshore wind power energy storage ship comprises an air liquefaction system, a liquefied air storage system and a power generation system, wherein the air liquefaction system is arranged on a ship body and obtains power from an offshore wind power system to liquefy air; the liquefied air storage system is used for storing liquefied air; according to the offshore wind power energy storage ship and the offshore wind power transportation method, unstable wind energy on the sea is transported to the position near the coastline through the ships to stably output reliable, continuous and sufficient-quality electric power for a long time, flexible utilization of wind power can be achieved by shuttling the multiple ships back and forth, and the offshore wind power energy storage ship and the offshore wind power transportation method are high in safety, high in environment adaptability and suitable for popularization and application. The system is simple in structure, low in marine environment influence and high in comprehensive energy utilization rate, facilitates reduction of construction and maintenance cost of a power transmission system, eliminates limitation of an onshore power grid on fluctuating offshore wind power integration, and is suitable for being applied to power transmission occasions of various offshore wind power plants.
