The invention discloses a floating wing for a micro-explosion section data beacon, a manufacturing method of the floating wing and the data beacon, the floating wing comprises a floating wing shell and a pressure-resistant core body which are made of different materials, the floating wing shell is formed through injection molding, a steel sleeve, a threaded sleeve and the pressure-resistant core body are pre-buried into a mold before injection molding, and after machining is completed, the steel sleeve, the threaded sleeve and the pressure-resistant core body are pre-buried into the mold; and the steel sleeve, the threaded sleeve and the pressure-resistant core body are tightly connected with the shell respectively. According to the invention, the floating wing shell is made of polypropylene plastic, the pressure-resistant core body is made of a polyurethane glass bead foam material, the water pressure acting on the floating wing is borne by the polyurethane glass bead foam material, and meanwhile, the material density is small, so that the floating wing is ensured to bring larger positive buoyancy to the data beacon, the buoyancy center of the data beacon is improved, and the data beacon is more stable in performance. The distance between the gravity centers of buoyancy of the data beacon is increased, and the stability of the data beacon floating on the water surface is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于微爆段数据信标的浮翼及其制造方法和数据信标,浮翼包括采用不同材料制成的浮翼壳体和耐压芯体,其中,浮翼壳体采用注塑成型,注塑前将钢套、螺套和耐压芯体预埋进模具,加工完成后,钢套、螺套和耐压芯体分别与壳体紧密连接在一起。本发明中,浮翼壳体选用聚丙烯塑料制成,耐压芯体选用聚氨酯玻璃微珠泡沫材料,作用在浮翼上的水压由聚氨酯玻璃微珠泡沫承受,同时由于材料密度小,也保证了浮翼可给数据信标带来较大的正浮力,提高数据信标的浮心,增大数据信标的重浮心间距,提高数据信标水面漂浮的稳定性。
