The invention discloses a battery assembly heat dissipation system of an electric aircraft, which comprises a heat dissipation channel, a heat dissipation fan, a plurality of battery cells and at least one spacing structure, the plurality of battery cells are arranged in the heat dissipation channel side by side, and the spacing structure is formed by a plurality of spacing plate arrays with different thicknesses. The plurality of spacing plates are arranged between the adjacent battery cells, a gap communicated with the heat dissipation channel is formed between every two adjacent battery cells, and due to the thickness difference of the spacing plates, the thicknesses of the gaps between every two adjacent battery cells are different. The thickness of the gap between the adjacent battery cells is determined by the thickness of the spacing plate, so that the air flow is increased by properly increasing the thickness of the gap at the position of the gap with lower flow velocity of an air flow field, namely, the thickness of the gap can be increased at the position of the lower flow velocity of the air flow field, the air flow field is more uniform, and the problems that the air flow field is not uniform and the flow rate is low in the prior art are solved. And a relatively large temperature difference exists between the battery cells.
