The invention relates to a fine-grained traffic state estimation method based on ETC portal data, and the method comprises the steps: segmenting a road network into a plurality of scene units, dividing the types of fine-grained vehicles, and selecting the vehicle driving time and traffic flow as traffic state variables; screening and processing ETC portal toll collection data, and constructing a fine-grained vehicle set passing through each scene unit within a fixed time; calculating the average driving speed of the same type of vehicles passing through each scene unit; dividing a dynamic time interval, and calculating a ramp shunting coefficient; estimating the average driving time of the same type of vehicles passing through each scene unit in different dynamic time intervals; calculating the driving time of each type of vehicle arriving at any downstream target section; the future fine-grained traffic flow of the ETC portal frame is predicted; and aggregating any downstream target section and the fine-grained traffic flow in any time to obtain a traffic flow predicted value of the detection blind area. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of high estimation precision, fine granularity, good timeliness and the like.

    本发明涉及一种基于ETC门架数据的细粒度交通状态估计方法,包括:将道路网络分割为多个场景单元,并划分细粒度车辆类型,选取车辆行驶时间和交通流量为交通状态变量;筛选并处理ETC门架收费数据,构建固定时间内通过各场景单元的细粒度车辆集合;计算同一类型车辆通过各场景单元的平均行驶速度;划分动态时间区间,计算匝道分流系数;估计同一类型车辆于在不同动态时间区间通过各场景单元的平均行驶时间;计算各类型车辆到达下游任意目标断面的行驶时间;预测ETC门架未来的细粒度交通流;聚合下游任意目标断面及任意时间内的细粒度交通流,得到检测盲区交通流量预测值。与现有技术相比,本发明具有估计精度高、细粒度和时效性好等优点。
