The invention discloses a tandem type shaft brake connecting structure which comprises a machine shell, an inner brake unit and an outer brake unit, the inner brake unit and the outer brake unit are coaxially connected in series, the inner brake unit is installed on the machine shell through a plurality of first installation bolts penetrating through electromagnets and armatures of the inner brake unit, and the first installation bolts are sleeved with first positioning sleeves penetrating through the armatures. The outer brake unit is located on the outer side of the inner brake unit and installed on the machine shell through a plurality of electromagnets penetrating through the outer brake unit and second installation bolts of the armatures, the second installation bolts are sleeved with second positioning sleeves penetrating through the armatures of the outer brake unit, and the two ends of the first positioning sleeves are connected with the machine shell and the electromagnets of the inner brake unit in an inserted mode respectively. The two ends of the second positioning sleeve are connected with the machine shell and an electromagnet of the outer braking unit respectively. According to the tandem type shaft brake connecting structure, the mounting and positioning precision of the inner brake unit and the outer brake unit is improved, the problem of mounting sinking of the brake units can be avoided, the stability of the contact area and torque of brake friction plates is guaranteed, and the disc rubbing problem is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种串联式轴刹制动器连接结构,包含机壳,同轴串联的内制动单元与外制动单元,其中内制动单元通过若干穿过其电磁铁、衔铁的安装螺栓一安装在机壳上,安装螺栓一外套设有穿过衔铁的定位套一,外制动单元位于内制动单元外侧通过若干穿过外制动单元的电磁铁、衔铁的安装螺栓二安装在机壳上,安装螺栓二外套设有穿过外制动单元衔铁的定位套二,定位套一两端分别与机壳、内制动单元的电磁铁插接,定位套二的两端分别与机壳、外制动单元的电磁铁连接。本发明提供了一种提升内制动单元与外制动单元安装定位的精度,可规避制动单元安装下沉的问题,保障制动器摩擦片接触面积、力矩的稳定,减少擦盘问题的发生的串联式轴刹制动器连接结构。
