The invention discloses an automatic grab bucket mechanism of an unmanned ship unloader. The automatic grab bucket mechanism comprises a grab bucket bin and a mounting base body, the two grab bucket bins are jointly connected to the movable base body in a rotating mode to form a grab bucket mechanism capable of being opened and closed. The mounting base body is arranged over the movable base body, a hydraulic telescopic mechanism capable of vertically moving is arranged on the mounting base body, and hinge frames are hinged to the two sides of the mounting base body correspondingly and used for being movably connected with a grab bucket bin; hinge parts are arranged at the two ends of the movable base body, and the edge of the side wall of the grab bucket bin is hinged to the hinge parts through hinge rods. The hinge part comprises two oppositely-arranged fixing plates, and the two ends of the hinge rod penetrate through the fixing plates correspondingly. According to the grab bucket mechanism provided by the invention, the problem that in the long-term use process of the hinging matching surface of the hinging part, local stress concentration of the hinging matching hole of the hinging part is caused by local gravity and pressure influence can be avoided, and then the problem that when the two grab bucket bins are closed, the side edges of the two grab bucket bins are not closed tightly, and bulk materials are scattered in the grabbing and transporting process can be avoided.

    本发明公开了一种无人化卸船机的自动化抓斗机构,包括:抓斗仓、安装基体;两个抓斗仓共同转接于活动基体上形成可开闭的抓斗机构;安装基体设于活动基体的正上方,安装基体上设有能够竖向活动的液压伸缩机构,安装基体的两侧分别铰接有铰接架用于活动连接抓斗仓;活动基体的两端设有铰接部,抓斗仓的侧壁边缘处通过铰接杆铰接于铰接部;铰接部包含两个对向设置的固定板,铰接杆两端分别贯穿固定板;本发明所提供的抓斗机构能够避免铰接部的铰接配合面在长久使用过程中,因局部受重力、压力影响造成铰接部的铰接配合孔局部应力集中进而能够避免两个抓斗仓闭合时,其侧边闭合不紧密,造成抓运过程中散货物料撒落的问题。
