The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, and discloses laminated slab hoisting equipment and method.The laminated slab hoisting equipment comprises a hanging bracket plate and a laminated slab, the laminated slab is arranged on the lower side of the hanging bracket plate, and guide wheel mechanisms capable of transversely moving are symmetrically arranged on the lower side of the hanging bracket plate at equal intervals; the guide wheel mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the upper side of the hanging bracket plate, the cable winding mechanisms capable of conducting winding motion are symmetrically arranged between the guide wheel mechanisms and fixedly connected to the lower side of the hanging bracket plate, the lifting hook mechanisms capable of fixing and restraining the laminated plate are symmetrically arranged on the upper side of the laminated plate at equal intervals, and steel cables are fixedly connected among the hanging bracket plate, the guide wheel mechanisms, the cable winding mechanisms and the lifting hook mechanisms. According to the cable winding device, through linkage of the guide wheel mechanism and the lifting hook mechanism, when the lifting hook mechanism is locked, the controller synchronously controls the guide wheel mechanism to be fixed and locked, the guide wheel mechanism and the cable winding mechanism are in linkage, and the cable winding mechanism is controlled by the controller to wind a steel cable in a matched mode according to the position of the guide wheel mechanism; therefore, manual disassembly of the guide wheel mechanism is avoided, and the device is quickly adapted to hoisting of laminated slabs of different specifications.

    本发明涉及吊装设备技术领域,且公开了一种叠合板吊装设备及方法,包括吊架板和叠合板,叠合板设置在吊架板的下侧位置,吊架板的下侧等距对称设置有可横向位移的导轮机构,在导轮机构之间对称位置设置有可收卷运动的收缆机构且收缆机构固定连接在吊架板下侧位置,在叠合板的上侧等距对称设置有可固定约束叠合板的吊钩机构,在吊架板、导轮机构、收缆机构和吊钩机构之间固定连接有钢缆。本发明中,通过导轮机构和吊钩机构的联动,在吊钩机构锁死时控制器同步控制导轮机构固定锁死,且导轮机构和收缆机构之间联动,收缆机构根据导轮机构位置在控制器控制下配合收卷钢缆,这样避免了人工拆下导轮机构和快速适配不同规格叠合板吊装使用。
