The invention relates to the field of aerospace equipment, in particular to an electromagnetic locking and separating device for docking of micro-nano satellites and the micro-nano satellites. The electromagnetic locking and separating device for butt joint of the micro-nano satellites comprises one or more electromagnetic locking and separating blocks, and the electromagnetic locking and separating blocks can be installed on the outer side of the micro-nano satellite and used for being in butt joint with the electromagnetic locking and separating blocks of another micro-nano satellite; the electromagnetic locking separation block comprises a magnet block and a magnet exciting coil, and the magnet exciting coil surrounds the outer side of the magnet block. The magnet blocks are magnetized or demagnetized through on-off of currents in the magnet exciting coils. And the power supply controller can be arranged in the micro-nano satellite and is electrically connected with the excitation coil, and the power supply controller controls the on-off and the direction of the current in the excitation coil. According to the electromagnetic locking and separating device, the docking work of the micro-nano satellites is more convenient and faster, the efficiency is improved, the structure is simple, the self-alignment in the docking process can be realized, and the control difficulty of the docking of the micro-nano satellites and the power consumption of docking and locking are reduced.
