Comprising a ground power supply system (100), an airborne power supply system (200), a mooring cable assembly (300) and an intelligent winding and unwinding device (400). The ground power supply system (100) is used for providing a 2000V direct-current power supply; the ground power supply system (100) and the intelligent winding and unwinding device (400) are arranged on the ground, the airborne power supply system (200) is installed on an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the ground power supply system (100) and the airborne power supply system (200) are electrically connected through the mooring cable assembly (300); the mooring cable assembly (300) is connected with the intelligent winding and unwinding device (400). 2000V transmission voltage is adopted, the weight of the mooring cable is reduced, and the effective load of the unmanned aerial vehicle is increased. By optimizing the circuit and structural design of the ground and onboard power conversion devices, the weight of the mooring cable is reduced, and the task load of the mooring unmanned aerial vehicle can reach 37 Kg or above.
