The invention discloses a control system and method for fuel pressure of a high-altitude delivery unmanned aerial vehicle. The control system comprises a control unit, an engine, a pre-pressurization device, a throttling piece, a first one-way valve, a negative pressure valve, a safety valve, a fuel tank, a second one-way valve, a first control valve assembly and a second control valve assembly. The volume is reserved in the fuel tank, the mechanical safety valve, the mechanical negative pressure valve and the like are adopted, on the premise that a sensor and active control are not needed, automatic adjustment of fuel pressure under the working conditions of daily use, storage, hanging flight and the like in the full-fuel state of the aircraft is achieved, and the situation that the fuel pressure in the fuel tank is changed due to external temperature and pressure changes is effectively prevented; the oil tank structure is damaged; the supercharging device, the engine, the first control valve assembly, the second control valve assembly and the like are controlled to act according to a preset time sequence in the high-altitude throwing process, and it is ensured that the engine is reliably started; and then the pressure in the oil tank is automatically adjusted under the action of the mechanical safety valve and the mechanical negative pressure valve.
本发明公开了一种高空投放无人飞行器燃油压力的控制系统及方法,包括控制单元、发动机、预增压装置、节流片、第一单向阀、负压活门、安全活门、油箱、第二单向阀、第一控制阀组件和第二控制阀组件。本发明采用在油箱内预留体积、机械式安全活门、机械式负压活门等在不需要传感器及主动控制前提下实现了飞行器满油状态日常使用、贮存、挂飞等工况下燃油压力的自动调节,有效防止因外界温度、压力变化引起油箱内燃油压力变化,进而导致油箱结构损坏;在高空投放过程通过控制增压装置、发动机、第一控制阀组件、第二控制阀组件等按照预定时序动作,确保发动机可靠启动;随后在机械式安全活门、机械式负压活门作用下自动调节油箱内压力。
