The invention provides a nose landing gear head lock pin mechanism which comprises a landing gear head, a lock pin and a spring, a hole allowing the lock pin to be inserted is formed in the top end of the landing gear head, a first spring seat is arranged at the bottom of the hole, a second spring seat is arranged at the bottom of the lock pin, and the spring is installed between the first spring seat and the second spring seat; a groove is formed in the middle of the lock pin, a first connecting rod is hinged to the top in the groove, a locking groove is formed in the portion, located on the side face of the lock pin, of the head of the undercarriage, the locking groove is formed in the axis direction of the lock pin, a shifting rod is movably arranged in the locking groove, and a second connecting rod is connected to the shifting rod and penetrates through the side wall of the head of the undercarriage to be hinged to the bottom of the first connecting rod. Limiting structures are arranged at the hinged positions of the second connecting rods and the first connecting rods. According to the nose landing gear head lock pin mechanism provided by the invention, the stress surface, bearing shearing force, of the stud is a complete circular axial surface, stress concentration points and bending moment are avoided, the clamping stagnation risk in the working process is avoided, and the working safety coefficient of a landing gear is improved.

    本发明提供一种前起落架头部锁销机构,包括起落架头部、锁销和弹簧,起落架头部顶端开有能够插入锁销的孔,在孔的底部设有第一弹簧座,在锁销底部设有第二弹簧座,弹簧安装在第一弹簧座和第二弹簧座之间;锁销中间开槽,在槽内顶部铰接有第一连杆,在起落架头部位于锁销的侧面部分开有锁止槽,锁止槽沿锁销轴线方向设置,在锁止槽内活动设置拨杆,拨杆上连接有第二连杆,第二连杆穿过起落架头部侧壁与第一连杆的底部铰接,第二连杆和第一连杆的铰接处设置有限位结构。本发明提供的前起落架头部锁销机构,螺桩承受剪力的受力面为完整圆轴面,无应力集中点、无弯矩,工作过程中无卡滞风险,提升了起落架工作安全系数。
