The aircraft nose landing gear steering test mechanism comprises an aircraft wheel bearing plate, a first direction movement supporting plate, a second direction movement supporting plate and a base plate, wherein the upper plate surface of the second direction movement supporting plate is slidably connected to the lower plate surface of the first direction movement supporting plate; the second direction movement supporting plate is connected with the first direction movement supporting plate through a first linear telescopic driving assembly. a first direction telescopic displacement sensor is arranged; the upper plate surface of the base plate is in sliding connection with the second direction movement supporting plate; the base plate is connected with the second direction movement supporting plate through a second linear telescopic driving assembly, and a second direction telescopic displacement sensor is arranged; and the sliding guide directions of a first linear sliding guide clamping structure and a second linear sliding guide clamping structure are perpendicular to each other. According to the invention, the technical problems of low production and maintenance efficiency caused by time-consuming and labor-consuming turning test of the nose landing gear of the airplane in the prior art and influence on subsequent calibration caused by inaccurate test results are solved.

    本发明提供一种飞机前起落架转向测试机构,涉及飞机制造维修领域,包括机轮承载板、第一方向移动支撑板、第二方向移动支撑板以及基板,第二方向移动支撑板上板面滑动连接于第一方向移动支撑板下板面;第二方向移动支撑板通过第一直线伸缩驱动组件与第一方向移动支撑板连接;设第一方向伸缩位移传感器;基板上板面滑动连接于第二方向移动支撑板;基板通过第二直线伸缩驱动组件与第二方向移动支撑板连接,设第二方向伸缩位移传感器;第一、二直线滑动引导卡合结构的滑动引导方向相互垂直。本发明缓解了现有技术中飞机前起落架转弯测试存在的费时费力导致生产和维修效率低,且测试得到的结果不准确影响后续校准的技术问题。
