The underwater robot comprises a control processor, a top plate (2), a frame body (3), a propeller (4), a buoyancy material and a power source (11), the top plate (2) is fixedly arranged on the frame body (3), the top plate (2) is of a hollow sealed frame structure, the propeller (4) is rotationally arranged on the frame body (3) or the top plate (2), and the buoyancy material is arranged in the top plate (2) in a sealed mode or fixedly arranged on the frame body (3); the propeller (4) is fixedly arranged on the top plate (2) and the frame body (3), a signal end of the propeller (4) is electrically connected with the control processor, the control processor and the propeller (4) are electrically connected with the power supply (11), and the power supply (11) is fixedly arranged on the top plate (2) and the frame body (3). The device is small in size and light in weight, flexible underwater operation can be achieved, and manual underwater operation is not needed.
