The invention relates to a novel commercial vehicle cab rear suspension device and a vehicle, the novel commercial vehicle cab rear suspension device comprises a rear suspension upper support assembly, the rear suspension upper support assembly comprises a shock absorber support, the shock absorber support is connected with a main shock absorber through a pin, and the lower end of the main shock absorber is connected to a rear suspension lower support assembly; the swing arm support is connected with the shock absorber support, a transverse shock absorber and an adjusting swing arm are hinged to the two ends of the swing arm support respectively, and the transverse shock absorber is hinged to the adjusting swing arm; and the rear suspension lower bracket assembly is connected with the main shock absorber. Due to the fact that the upper end of the main shock absorber is of a pin type connecting structure, compared with a lifting lug type structure, the freedom degrees in the front-back direction and the left-right direction are balanced, the transverse shock absorber is additionally arranged above the cab, the swing arm support, the transverse shock absorber and the adjusting swing arm form a triangular structure, left-right shaking of the cab can be better attenuated, and the side inclination stability and comfort are improved.
