According to the high-voltage circuit breaker overhauling and transporting device with the optimized design, a high-voltage circuit breaker needing to be overhauled is placed on the supporting frame through the movable tray, and the groove matched with the upper end of the second frame body is formed in the bottom of the supporting frame, so that the height of the rear end, close to the pushing handle frame, of the supporting frame is lower than that of the front end of the supporting frame; therefore, secondary damage to the high-voltage circuit breaker caused by bumping is avoided.
