The invention discloses an anti-collision brake control method and a brake control system, and relates to the technical field of vehicle control, the brake control method comprises the following steps: obtaining an actual distance S0 and a relative speed V0; meanwhile, a predicted braking distance S1 is obtained according to the relative speed V0, the maximum deceleration a0 and known braking system response time; and S1, S0 and kS1 are compared, when S1 < = S0 < = kS1 and V0 > = 0, yellow early warning is given out, meanwhile, the state of a brake pedal is monitored, and when the brake pedal is in a released state, a brake system provides additional deceleration until the distance between the vehicle and a front obstacle is larger than kS1, yellow early warning and monitoring of the brake pedal are relieved. According to the braking control method and the braking control system, early warning and control can be conducted in advance before the vehicle possibly enters the collision risk area, the road adhesion coefficient is considered, and the problems that in the prior art, the comfort is poor during braking, and the front collision risk is large when the road adhesion coefficient is low are solved.
