The invention discloses a dual-motor control system of an electric forklift and a control method of the dual-motor control system. The dual-motor control system comprises a multi-core DSP control module, a driving inversion unit and a motor assembly, and the multi-core DSP control module is connected to the motor assembly through the driving inversion unit; the motor assembly comprises a walking motor and a hydraulic motor which are respectively connected to the driving inversion unit; the multi-core DSP control module comprises a first motor control module used for controlling a walking motor and a second motor control module used for controlling a hydraulic motor, and the first motor control module is combined with the second motor control module to control running of the walking motor and the hydraulic motor. A control algorithm is integrated into the multi-core DSP control module to achieve dual-motor control, reliability and stability of dual-motor control are guaranteed, the power density of the controller is improved, data interaction processing of a walking driving system and a hydraulic lifting system of the whole vehicle is faster, and remarkable advantages are achieved.
本发明公开了一种电动叉车的双电机控制系统及其控制方法,包括多核DSP控制模块、驱动逆变单元,以及电机组件,多核DSP控制模块通过驱动逆变单元连接于电机组件;所述电机组件包括分别连接于驱动逆变单元的行走电机,以及液压电机;多核DSP控制模块包括用于控制行走电机的第一电机控制模块,以及用于控制液压电机的第二电机控制模块,所述第一电机控制模块结合第二电机控制模块能够分别对所述行走电机,以及液压电机进行运行控制。本发明通过将控制算法集成到多核DSP控制模块中实现双电机控制,即保证了双电机控制的可靠性和稳定性,又提高了控制器的功率密度,并且整车的行走驱动系统和液压举升系统的数据交互处理更快捷,具有显著优势。
