The invention discloses a device and method for detecting that a new energy parking space is occupied by a non-energy vehicle, and relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles, and the device comprises a request receiving module which is used for detecting a parking request signal of a vehicle in real time; when a vehicle is parked on the new energy parking space, the processor starts the camera module to collect image information of the vehicle; the image recognition module is used for recognizing a license plate number and a vehicle type of a corresponding vehicle according to the collected image data in a grayscale image recognition mode; the processor judges the parking authority of the vehicle occupying the parking space at present according to the license plate number and the vehicle type; if it is judged that the current vehicle does not have the parking permission, the processor starts the sensor positioning module to obtain accurate position information of the vehicle and sends the accurate position information, the license plate number and the parking space abnormal occupation state information of the vehicle to a remote control center, so that a parking space administrator can conveniently find the occupied vehicle in time and adjust the use condition of the parking space; and the parking space occupation detection efficiency is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种新能源车位被非能源车占用的检测装置及检测方法,涉及新能源车技术领域,包括:请求接收模块用于实时检测车辆的请求停靠信号;当有车辆停靠在新能源车位上时,所述处理器启动摄像模块采集车辆的图像信息;所述图像识别模块用于对采集的图像数据使用灰度图像识别方式,识别出对应车辆的车牌号和车辆类型;处理器根据车牌号和车辆类型,以判定当前占用车位的车辆的停靠权限;若判定当前车辆无停靠权限,则处理器启动传感器定位模块获取车辆的精确位置信息,并将车辆的精确位置信息、车牌号以及车位异常占用状态信息发送至远程控制中心,方便停车位管理员及时找到占位车辆,调节车位的使用情况;有效提高车位占用检测效率。
