The invention discloses a fault detection and fault management method based on a battery system. The method comprises the steps of data acquisition, data identification, fault detection and fault management. Determining parameters of a detection model, performing fault detection on battery clustering data by using the mean shift-long short-term memory network fault detection model, generating a threshold value of a convergence and combination cluster and parameters of an input-output gate, and performing fault detection, fault grading processing and the like at a battery detection interaction end. Meanwhile, system fault states are divided into a fault-free state, an alarm fault state, a discharging high-voltage breaking fault state, a charging high-voltage breaking fault state and a charging and discharging high-voltage breaking fault state, and the newly-added fault state is used for judging whether the system is restarted or not to allow high voltage supply when the high-voltage breaking fault exists. And under the condition of ensuring personnel safety and the service life of the battery, the use requirements of users are met as far as possible.

    本发明公开了一种基于电池系统故障检测与故障管理方法,该方法包括:据获取,数据识别,故障检测,故障管理;检测模型参数确定,利用所述均值漂移‑长短期记忆网络故障检测模型,故障检测电池聚类数据,同时产生收敛与合并簇的阈值和输入‑输出门的参数,在电池检测交互端进行故障检测和故障分级处理等内容,同时将系统故障状态分为无故障、告警故障、放电断高压故障、充电断高压故障及充放电断高压故障,新增故障状态位在存在断高压故障时判断是否重启系统不允许上高压,从用户使用与系统安全角度出发,在保证人员安全及电池使用寿命的情况下,尽可能满足用户使用需求。
