Due to the arrangement of the valve ports, the circumferential size of the valve element can be larger, and the circulation efficiency is improved; the runner grooves are vertically or horizontally and adjacently communicated, so that the processing difficulty is reduced; and the position of a No.12 valve port is reserved, so that the design of the valve core has an expansion function. According to the vehicle heat management system, the multi-way valve is used for replacing a plurality of traditional tee joints and four-way joints, the cost can be greatly saved, the control logic is simple, and the risk of fluid working medium leakage can be reduced. According to the vehicle adopting the thermal management system, more other available spaces can be reserved, and the comfort of the vehicle is improved; and the thermal management operation can be safely and stably operated.
