The steel wire rope protection mechanism for the tower crane boom comprises a mounting groove, a traction sleeve and a steel wire rope body, an elastic buffering assembly and a clamping and positioning assembly are arranged in the mounting groove, a guiding and positioning assembly is arranged in the traction sleeve, and two sets of guide wheel seats are mounted at the top of the mounting groove; the two groups of guide wheel seats are matched with the steel wire rope body in a vertical guide structure, a fixed seat is mounted at the bottom of the traction sleeve, and a lubricating piece is arranged in the traction sleeve; the elastic buffering assembly is connected and matched with the traction sleeve and the fixing base, so that the steel wire rope body synchronously drives the sleeve rod and the sleeve to horizontally move when moving in the traction sleeve and resets under elastic buffering of the spring, and therefore the acting force of left-right shaking generated by moving adjustment of the steel wire rope is guided and relieved; the steel wire rope is prevented from being greatly abraded during adjustment, and the stability and safety protection performance of actual work of the steel wire rope are improved.

    本发明公开了一种塔吊起重臂用钢丝绳保护机构,包括安装槽和牵引套筒与钢丝绳体,所述安装槽的内部分别设有弹性缓冲组件和夹持定位组件,所述牵引套筒的内部设有导向定位组件,所述安装槽的顶部安装有两组导轮座,两组所述导轮座与钢丝绳体呈垂直导向结构相互配合,所述牵引套筒的底部安装有固定座,所述的内部设有润滑件;本发明通过弹性缓冲组件分别与牵引套筒和固定座的连接配合,促使钢丝绳体在牵引套筒内位置活动时同步带动套杆与套管水平位移,并在弹簧的弹性缓冲下复位,从而对钢丝绳移动调节产生左右摇晃的作用力进行导向和缓解,避免钢丝绳调节时受到较大的磨损,增加钢丝绳实际工作的稳定性和安全保护性。
