The propeller comprises a propeller hub, wherein a plurality of blades are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the propeller hub; the propeller hub cap is arranged at the rear end of the propeller hub; the multiple fin blades are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the paddles, and all the fin blades are in sliding connection with the propeller hub; and the hydraulic adjusting device is arranged in the propeller hub cap and is used for driving each fin blade to extend out of or retract into the propeller hub. The device is mainly used for changing the operation state of the propeller.
