The invention provides a stamping air floating fast ship which comprises a ship body and an air floating unit, the air floating unit comprises lifting force plates and side plates, the lifting force plates are arranged on the left side and the right side of the ship body from the head end of the middle of the ship body, the tail portions of the lifting force plates are close to or beyond the tail portion of the ship body, and the lifting force plates are fixed to ship boards of the ship body through connecting pieces. The shape of the lift plate is in a flat plate shape, a curved surface shape or a plate shape formed by combining a plane and a curved surface, when the ship body is in a water surface static state, the rear edge of the lift plate is lower than the water surface or close to the water surface, the front edge of the lift plate is higher than the rear edge, and the side plate is arranged on the side, away from the ship body, of the lift plate and fixedly connected with the lift plate. A cavity structure with the front face open and other faces sealed is defined by the ship body, the lifting force plate, the side plates and the water surface, and a propelling device is arranged at the tail of the ship body. The air floating units generate aerodynamic lift force in the sailing process so as to support the ship body, so that the sailing resistance is smaller, the fast ship can reach the higher sailing speed, and the energy consumption is lower.
