The invention relates to an air spring height control system of a rail articulated vehicle and the rail articulated vehicle, the air spring height control system comprises a first height valve and a second height valve, and the first height valve controls the simultaneous inflation and deflation of a first additional air chamber and a third additional air chamber; the second height valve controls the second additional air chamber and the fourth additional air chamber to be inflated and deflated at the same time; the first height valve and the second height valve are arranged at the same working height of the vehicle body floor. And the differential pressure valve is arranged between the first additional air chamber and the second additional air chamber and/or between the third additional air chamber and the fourth additional air chamber. The number of height valves and differential pressure valves is reduced, so that the production cost of a vehicle is reduced; the overall air consumption of the train is reduced, the economical efficiency of train air consumption is improved, and the service life of the air compressor is prolonged; the front and rear height valves respectively control the heights of the front and rear vehicle body floors, so that the heights of the front and rear vehicle body floors are kept consistent, the additional load at the hinged structure is reduced, and the service life of the hinged structure is prolonged.
