The invention discloses a mode switching control method based on a pure electric two-gear series-parallel transmission, which comprises the following steps that: when a hybrid power system is in a parallel mode, an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) receives torque distribution of an HTCU (High Speed Transmission Control Unit) and operates in an efficient interval; if the output power of the engine meets the wheel end power, the MCU receives a control instruction of the HTCU, the EM1 torque is zero, and an engine direct drive mode is achieved; if the output power of the engine is larger than the wheel end power, the GCU receives a control instruction of the HTCU, the EM2 enters a rotating speed mode, and redundant energy is converted into electric energy to be stored in a battery; and if the driving torque is further increased and the power required for driving the vehicle is greater than the efficient interval output power of the engine, the MCU receives a control instruction of the HTCU, the EM1 is in a torque mode, torque compensation is carried out, and positive torque is output to participate in driving work. The energy loss of the whole transmission system can be reduced, the smoothness of the gear shifting process is improved, and the vehicle driving quality is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于纯电两挡串并联变速器模式切换控制方法,所述方法如下:混动系统在并联模式下,ECU接收HTCU的扭矩分配,运转在高效区间;若发动机输出功率满足轮端功率,MCU接收HTCU的控制指令,EM1扭矩为0,实现发动机直驱模式;若发动机输出功率大于轮端功率,GCU接收HTCU控制指令,EM2进入转速模式,将多余的能量转化为电能储存在电池中;若驾驶扭矩进一步加大,驱动车辆所需功率大于发动机高效区间输出功率,MCU接收HTCU的控制指令,EM1为转矩模式,进行扭矩补偿,输出正扭矩参与驱动工作。本发明能够降低整个传动系统的能量损耗,提高换挡过程平顺性,提升车辆驾驶品质。
