The invention provides a method and system for vehicle power control. Methods and systems for vehicle power control are disclosed. A first HV demand signal is received from a high voltage HV device and a first LV demand signal is received from a low voltage LV system of the vehicle. The first HV demand signal may be modified based on the first LV demand signal. An input HV power source is received from the electric machine based on the first LV demand signal and the modified HV demand signal. Output LV power from a first DCDC converter is provided to the LV system of the vehicle and output HV power from a second DCDC converter is provided to the HV device.
