The invention provides a battery management chip and system and a vehicle. The chip comprises a battery cell data sampling module; a data processing module; a first communication module; the first power supply module provides working voltage for the data processing module. The first power module is arranged to boost the initial voltage output by the battery cells, it is ensured that the battery management chip can work in a wide range and low voltage, one battery management chip correspondingly monitors one battery cell, the battery management chip does not need to face high voltage generated by series connection of multiple strings of battery cells, the battery cells are prevented from working under the high voltage, and the battery management efficiency is improved. According to the battery management chip, unnecessary energy loss caused by the fact that the battery management chip is damaged is avoided, energy consumption is saved, meanwhile, the technological requirement for chip production is lowered, the efficiency risk of the chip can be lowered, one-time loss of multiple strings of battery cell data is avoided, the fault rate of a vehicle is lowered, the flexibility of the battery management chip is improved, and use of a large number of wire harnesses and plug connectors is reduced; the complexity of the battery management chip is reduced, and the stability and reliability of the battery management chip are improved.

    本发明提出一种电池管理芯片及系统和车辆,芯片包括:电芯数据采样模块;数据处理模块;第一通信模块;第一电源模块为数据处理模块提供工作电压。本发明通过设置第一电源模块对电芯输出的初始电压进行升压,确保电池管理芯片可以在宽范围低电压工作,以及,一个电池管理芯片对应监测一个电芯,无需电池管理芯片面对多串电芯串联产生的高压,避免电芯在高压下工作,导致的不必要能量损耗,在节省能耗的同时,降低了芯片生产的工艺要求,可以降低芯片的效风险,避免多串电芯数据一次性丢失,降低车辆的故障率,提高了电池管理芯片的灵活性,并且减少了大量线束和插接件的使用,降低了电池管理芯片的复杂性,提高了电池管理芯片的稳定性和可靠性。
