According to the method and the device, when the vehicle is in the flying state, the corresponding torque change limiting value is determined, and the torque output control is performed according to the torque change limiting value, so that the abnormal sudden change of the torque of the vehicle in the flying state is avoided, the stability of the torque change is ensured, and the abnormal impact of the vehicle is avoided; therefore, the vehicle durability and the comfort of passengers are improved.
