When the number of times the power supply and the electrical device are turned on is equal to or greater than a predetermined number of times, negative-electrode preceding control is executed, which outputs a signal for turning the positive-electrode relay on, on the condition that the elapsed time from the output of the signal for turning the negative-electrode relay on is equal to or greater than the predetermined number of times, and when the number of times the power supply and the electrical device are turned on is equal to or greater than the predetermined number of times, negative-electrode preceding control is executed. And switching the positive electrode preceding control and the negative electrode preceding control.
