The user identification wearable smart key system includes: a first sensor unit that is disposed in a vehicle and senses a state of the vehicle; a second sensor unit that is disposed in a smart key interlocked with the vehicle and that senses the state of the user; a data storage unit that is disposed in the vehicle and that stores first sensor data including the state of the vehicle sensed by the first sensor unit; a first communication unit which is disposed in the vehicle and transmits the stored first sensor data to the smart key; and a data generation unit that is disposed in the smart key, determines whether or not a vehicle is attempted to be stolen, whether or not the power state is abnormal, and whether or not the charging device is abnormal using the first sensor data, and determines whether or not the user is in a non-driving state using second sensor data including the user state sensed by the second sensor unit. A vehicle control signal for controlling the vehicle is generated; a second communication unit which is disposed in the smart key and transmits a vehicle control signal to the vehicle; the vehicle control module is arranged on the vehicle and controls the vehicle according to the vehicle control signal; and a display unit that is disposed in the smart key and that displays the state of the vehicle and the user including the determination of the first sensor data and the second sensor data.
