The invention relates to a construction evaluation method and system for an optical storage and charging integrated charging station. The construction evaluation method comprises the following steps: measuring and calculating profits of the optical storage and charging integrated charging station in different operation modes; analyzing the operation cost and expenditure composition of the optical storage and charging integrated charging station, and establishing a revenue and expenditure model of the optical storage and charging integrated charging station; based on the profit calculation result and the established income and expenditure model, calculating the internal return rate IRR and the aggregation benefit of the optical storage and charging integrated charging station; and based on the aggregation benefit measurement and calculation result of the optical storage and charging integrated charging station, the construction scheme of the optical storage and charging integrated charging station is evaluated. The method can be widely applied to the field of power distribution network planning and design.
