The invention provides a locking mechanism which comprises a supporting frame and a locking clutch part, and the locking clutch part is arranged in the supporting frame. The invention further provides an automobile electronic lock which comprises the locking mechanism and further comprises a box body and a pull rope assembly. The locking mechanism is arranged in the box body, a clutch groove is formed in the end of the clutch arm, and one end of the pull rope assembly penetrates through one side of the box body and is hung in the clutch groove. According to the locking mechanism, the elastic avoiding piece is arranged in the avoiding groove, the elastic avoiding piece is compressed in the process of retreating from the spiral groove due to avoiding of the rolling bead, the distance of the compression section is the avoiding gap of the rolling bead, the avoiding gap of the rolling bead is variable, and if the rolling bead is clamped between the spiral groove and the avoiding groove, the elastic avoiding piece is not compressed. The limit compression of the elastic position avoiding piece can provide redundant position avoiding gaps for the rolling balls, and the situation that in the clutch process of manual unlocking, the rolling balls are clamped in the ball sleeves, and clutch is difficult to achieve is avoided.
