The invention discloses a vehicle trajectory prediction method based on a hierarchical attention mechanism. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, introducing a space-time attention module, extracting interaction information of surrounding vehicles through an attention mechanism, and respectively capturing a time dependency relationship between historical information and future planning information; then, a hard and soft attention module is constructed for realizing two tasks: balancing historical information and future information, and learning interaction information of a plurality of target vehicles at different geographic positions. According to the invention, the hierarchical attention mechanism is utilized to predict the vehicle trajectory, and future planning information and historical trajectory data are effectively combined to quantitatively capture the interaction information of surrounding vehicles. Compared with a traditional track prediction algorithm only based on historical information, the method shows more excellent prediction performance.

    本发明公开了一种基于分层注意力机制的车辆轨迹预测方法。本发明首先引入了时空注意力模块,通过注意力机制提取周围车辆的交互信息,并分别捕捉历史信息和未来规划信息之间的时间依赖关系。接着,构建了硬软注意力模块,用于实现两个任务:平衡历史信息和未来信息,并学习多个目标车辆在不同地理位置上的交互信息。本发明利用分层注意力机制进行车辆轨迹预测,有效地结合了未来规划信息和历史轨迹数据,以定量地捕捉周围车辆的交互信息。相比传统仅基于历史信息的轨迹预测算法,本发明表现出更优异的预测性能。
