The invention provides a novel battery voltage sampling diagnosis and protection method, and solves the problems that when voltage sampling diagnosis and protection are carried out on a power battery at present, detection is not comprehensive enough, strategy time sequence integrity is poor, and safety performance is poor due to unreasonable diagnosis mechanism distribution. The method comprises the steps that a primary driving cycle is finished, a whole vehicle power-off request is made, a battery cell acquisition chip enters a diagnosis mode, and a battery management system is dormant; a next driving cycle is entered, the battery management system makes a power-on request, and the battery main control unit enters a power-on process; and the battery cell acquisition chip performs corresponding fault recovery processing after performing periodic over-voltage and under-voltage detection on the voltage of the cell. In a whole vehicle driving cycle, a specific voltage diagnosis function of the battery management system in different working modes is designed, different fault diagnosis and protection can be carried out in different working modes, meanwhile, a recovery strategy for each fault diagnosis is stipulated, and the method has the advantages of being high in strategy time sequence, integrity and safety and the like.

    本发明提供一种新型电池电压采样诊断及保护方法,解决目前对动力电池进行电压采样诊断及保护时检测不够全面、策略时序性完整性较差、诊断机制分配不合理导致安全性能差等问题。方法包括:一次驾驶循环结束,整车下电请求,电池电芯采集芯片进入诊断模式,电池管理系统休眠;进入下一个驾驶循环,电池管理系统上电请求,电池主控制单元进入上电流程;电池电芯采集芯片对电芯电压周期性过欠压检测后,进行对应的故障恢复处理。本发明在一个整车驾驶循环内,设计电池管理系统在不同工作模式下的具体电压诊断功能,在不同工作模式下均能进行不同故障诊断及保护,同时还规定了对每一种故障诊断的恢复策略,具有策略时序性、完整性强、安全性强等优点。
