The invention discloses a hydraulic control system of a plug pin mechanism and engineering machinery, the plug pin mechanism comprises a pin pulling plate and a cylinder pin which are installed on a telescopic oil cylinder, and the hydraulic control system comprises a central oil duct which axially penetrates through the telescopic oil cylinder; the oil supply and return path is connected to the front end of the central oil duct and is provided with a front reversing valve for controlling oil supply or oil return; the telescopic control oil way is connected to the rear end of the center oil way and provided with a rear reversing valve, and the rear reversing valve is used for switching the rear end of the center oil way to be communicated with the control cavity of the pin pulling plate or the control cavity of the cylinder pin. Wherein the central oil duct can keep a high-pressure state, on this basis, the extension and retraction of the pin pulling plate and the cylinder pin can be controlled through the extension and retraction control oil way and the rear reversing valve, and the retraction state of the pin pulling plate and the cylinder pin is not locked by an electromagnetic valve, but the central oil duct keeps high pressure all the time, so that the reliability is greatly improved; in addition, when the rear reversing valve is in a power-off state, the pin pulling plate can be retracted, the oil cylinder and the suspension arm are retracted, and maintenance operation is facilitated.
