The invention provides a tower crane attachment device and a construction method, and belongs to the technical field of constructions.The tower crane attachment device is provided with a supporting main beam, supporting inclined rods, an electric hoist, a shear wall, a tower crane, a leveling system and a terminal, the supporting inclined rods comprise vertical supporting inclined rods and horizontal supporting inclined rods, and embedded parts are arranged in the shear wall; the electric hoist is arranged above the supporting main beam, a lifting lug is welded to the upper end of the supporting main beam, the leveling system comprises an ultrasonic distance sensor, an inclination sensor, a PLC control module, a data processing module and a wireless communication module, and the PLC control module is used for sending received data to the data processing module and receiving output processed by the data processing module; and a motor is controlled according to the obtained data, and the supporting main beam is leveled. The problems that when an embedded part lug plate and an embedded part in a shear wall are welded, a chain hoist is not adopted for hoisting a supporting main beam, the horizontal installation position of the supporting main beam is not accurate, and the welding quality cannot be guaranteed are solved.

    本发明提供了一种塔吊附着装置及施工方法,属于建筑技术领域,该装置设置支撑主梁、支撑斜杆、电动葫芦、剪力墙、塔吊、调平系统和终端,支撑斜杆包括竖向支撑斜杆和水平支撑斜杆,剪力墙的内部设置有预埋件,电动葫芦设置在支撑主梁的上方,支撑主梁的上端焊接有吊耳,调平系统包括超声波距离传感器、倾斜传感器、PLC控制模块、数据处理模块和无线通讯模块,PLC控制模块用于将接受的数据发送至数据处理模块,并接受数据处理模块处理后的输出,根据得出的数据控制电机,对支撑主梁进行调平。解决了在将埋件耳板与剪力墙中埋件焊接时,未采用手动葫芦吊装支撑主梁,支撑主梁的安装水平位置不准确,不能保证焊接质量的问题。
