The invention discloses a traveling crane emergency stop locking device which comprises a rack body installed in a traveling crane walking device, sliding holes are formed in the front end and the rear end of the rack body, a sliding rod is matched with the rack body through the sliding holes, and a push block connected with the sliding rod is arranged in the rack body in a sliding fit mode. The end, away from the push block, of the sliding rod extends out of the machine frame body and then is matched with a speed reduction device, the sliding rod is sleeved with a first spring, the first spring acts between the push block and the inner wall of the machine frame body, and the machine frame body is matched with a driving device. The device is arranged in a walking mechanism, and when an emergency occurs, not only can the roller be locked, but also the rail can be locked to achieve sudden stop.

    本发明公开了一种行车急停锁止装置,包括安装于行车行走装置内的机架体,在所述机架体的前、后端设置有滑孔,通过所述滑孔配合有滑杆,在所述机架体的内部滑动配合有连接所述滑杆的推块,所述滑杆远离所述推块的那一端延伸至所述机架体的外部后配合有减速装置,在所述滑杆上套设有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧作用于所述推块和所述机架体的内壁之间,所述机架体配合有驱动装置;本装置内置于行走机构内,在遇到突发事件时,不仅可以锁死滚轮,还可以抱死轨道实现急停。
