The invention relates to a self-locking I-shaped beam hoisting and positioning method, which comprises the following steps of: installing a first hoisting tool on an installed I-shaped beam section, installing a second hoisting tool on a to-be-installed I-shaped beam section, connecting a crane with the second hoisting tool, hoisting the to-be-installed I-shaped beam section to an installation position, penetrating two positioning rods between the two hoisting tools, and hoisting the to-be-installed I-shaped beam section to the installation position, adjusting nuts are installed at the two ends of each positioning rod, and the positions of the I-shaped beam sections to be installed are finely adjusted through the adjusting nuts; and then the crane and the lifting appliance are unhooked, and the to-be-installed I-shaped beam section and the installed I-shaped beam section are welded. According to the buckle type lifting appliance, the lifting efficiency and safety of the I-shaped beam are high, after the I-shaped beam is lifted in place, the position of the I-shaped beam is finely adjusted and locked through the adjusting nut and the positioning rod, the welding process does not depend on a crane, the occupied time of the crane can be shortened, a stacking plate does not need to be welded, and the I-shaped beam can be prevented from being damaged.

    本发明涉及一种一种自锁式工字梁吊装定位方法,在已安装完成的工字梁段上安装第一吊具,在待安装工字梁段上安装第二吊具,吊机连接第二吊具,两吊具均为卡扣式结构,将待安装工字梁段起吊到安装位置,在两吊具间穿入两根定位杆,在每根定位杆两端安装调节螺母,通过调节螺母精调待安装工字梁段的位置;然后吊机与吊具脱钩,进行待安装工字梁段与已安装工字梁段焊接。本发明采用的卡扣式吊具工字梁起吊效率及安全性高,起吊到位后,通过调节螺母和定位杆对工字梁的位置进行精调和锁定,焊接过程中不依赖吊机,可减少吊机占用时间,也不用焊接码板,可避免工字梁造成损伤。
