The roller path type horizontal displacement assembly is used for conveying the heavy block to an inlet of the lift car. The electric push rod unlocking assembly is used for pulling a heavy block at an entrance of the lift car into the lift car; a push rod unlocking type anchor assembly is arranged on the heavy block; the electric locking assembly is used for making contact with the push rod unlocking type anchor assembly so as to lock a heavy block in the lift car. According to the invention, the device composition is simplified, the energy consumption is optimized, and the energy is fully utilized.
