The invention discloses a device for placing and fixing a satellite thruster. The device comprises a tool base plate, two sliding rail pressing plates, two tool handles, a thruster adapter interface anti-collision support and a thruster cable lead fixing nylon base. Wherein the two sliding rail pressing plates are arranged on the tool base plate; each tool handle is arranged on the sliding rail pressing plate corresponding to each tool handle; the bottom end of the thruster adapter interface anti-collision support is arranged in a covered channel between the tool base plate and the sliding rail pressing plate, and the thruster adapter interface anti-collision support can move in the length direction of the covered channel. The thruster cable lead fixing nylon base is arranged on the side wall of the thruster adapter interface anti-collision support. And the flange interface of the thruster adapter interface anti-collision bracket is connected with the thruster body. The device has the advantages of being firm and stable, it is guaranteed that the thruster is vertically placed, enough operation space is provided in the thermal control implementation process, and the risk that thruster skin is collided by external force can be effectively avoided.
本发明公开了一种用于放置固定卫星推力器的装置,包括:工装基板、两个滑轨压板、两个工装把手、推力器适配接口防磕碰支架和推力器电缆引线固定尼龙底座;其中,两个滑轨压板设置于工装基板上;每个工装把手设置于与每个工装把手相对应的滑轨压板上;推力器适配接口防磕碰支架的底端设置于工装基板与滑轨压板之间的暗槽,推力器适配接口防磕碰支架能够沿着暗槽的长度方向移动;推力器电缆引线固定尼龙底座设置于推力器适配接口防磕碰支架的侧壁上;推力器适配接口防磕碰支架的法兰接口连接推力器本体。本发明具有牢靠、稳定的优点,保证推力器竖直放置,热控实施过程中有足够的操作空间,而且还能有效避免推力器蒙皮受外力磕碰风险。
