The invention discloses an elastic body buffering type aircraft main landing gear structure which comprises supporting legs, pressing block assemblies, a main elastic body element, secondary elastic body elements and a core rod, the supporting legs are connected with an aircraft body frame and aircraft wheels, the supporting legs are provided with the pressing block assemblies connected with the aircraft body frame, the main elastic body element is arranged between an upper pressing block and a lower pressing block, and the secondary elastic body element is arranged between the upper pressing block and the lower pressing block. A secondary elastic element is arranged between the lower pressing block and the base, and the core rod penetrates through the main elastic element and the secondary elastic element. According to the invention, the elastomer element is used as a buffer mechanism of the main landing gear, the main elastomer element between the landing gear and the fuselage is used for absorbing the impact load in the vertical direction during landing of the aircraft, and the secondary elastomer element is used for preventing bounce during landing of the aircraft, so that the stability during landing of the aircraft is improved. The main landing gear is simple in structure, low in production and maintenance cost and good in environmental adaptability, and the problems that an existing main landing gear of a general aviation aircraft is complex in damping structure, large in weight and high in machining cost are solved.

    本发明公开了一种弹性体缓冲式飞机主起落架结构,包括支腿、压块组件、主弹性体元件、次弹性体元件和芯棒,所述支腿与机身框架和飞机机轮连接,支腿上设有压块组件与机身框架连接,上压块和下压块之间设有主弹性体元件,下压块和底座之间设有次弹性元件,芯棒贯穿主弹性体元件和次弹性体元件。本发明采用弹性体元件作为主起落架的缓冲机构,利用起落架和机身之间的主弹性体元件吸收飞机起落时的竖直方向的冲击载荷,并且通过次弹性体元件来防止飞机着陆时的弹跳,提高飞机着陆时的稳定性。本发明结构简单,生产即维护成本低,环境适应性好,解决了现有通航飞机的主起落架的减震结构复杂、重量大、加工成本高的问题。
