The invention relates to the technical field of ship ventilation, and particularly discloses an air adjusting door and a gas transport ship. The air adjusting door comprises a ventilation pipeline and a rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is movably installed on the ventilation pipeline and partially extends into the ventilation pipeline, the part, located in the ventilation pipeline, of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with an air adjusting assembly, the air adjusting assembly comprises an air adjusting plate and an elastic sealing ring connected to the edge of the air adjusting plate in a sleeving mode, and the rotating shaft can rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft so that the air adjusting door can be switched between the opening state and the closing state. When the air adjusting door is in a closed state, the outer surface of the elastic sealing ring is matched and attached to the inner wall of the ventilation pipeline so that the ventilation pipeline can be closed, and when the air adjusting door is in an open state, part of the elastic sealing ring and the inner wall of the ventilation pipeline are arranged at intervals so that the ventilation pipeline can be opened. According to the air regulating door, the air tightness of the air regulating door is improved by arranging the elastic sealing ring, so that toxic gas cannot enter a cabin through a ventilation pipeline, and the life safety of a user is guaranteed.
